We are a procurement organisation setting up contracts for our UK SME business members to save them time & money. We look for the best suppliers in a range of overhead categories to give our members access to pre-vetted 1st class suppliers.

Our members cover all segments of business with a turnover typically between £1m & £50m. They want and need the best suppliers to support their business growth.

Rather than chasing individual customers, if you are one of our suppliers you’ll have access to all our eligible members.

When a member joins us we take the time to understand their business

We take the time to develop a understanding of their existing set up, current contracts and future growth plans.

We use this information to develop a procurement plan which will:

  • Highlight termination/break points in existing contracts - prompting them to go to market (to you) to obtain quotes

  • Walk them through the transition process, step by step, to get over that fear of change as they move their services (to you)

  • Regularly review long term plans so look for opportunities for additional, add on sales (for you)

We review this plan twice a year, guaranteeing that we will be guiding them to your service if they are looking to switch providers.

We’re setting up the most amazing community portal to enable our members and suppliers to network, collaborate & learn from each other. We are also looking for ways to bring businesses together to support others.

We have a varied programme of online (not too many) and in-person (yay!) events for you to join. Our suppliers provide a wide variety of webinars which support all members while also raising their profile.

Which suppliers are we looking to work with?

We have three different procurement strategies depending on the category of spend.

UK National suppliers - for higher spend where there is a limited number of suppliers with UK wide coverage. Suppliers tender to win contracts.

Regional Suppliers - for lower spend areas were there are a large number of regional suppliers. Suppliers commit to a discount structure for members.

Specialist suppliers - for suppliers who offer a niche, probably national, service. Often new and unique which brings something extra to the table.

How will this help your business?

Firstly, we’re all about transparency & fairness. Our commercial model means that as we bring you more business, we want to reduce prices but our members only win when you do.

Secondly, it’s efficient. Why spend all your time and effort trying to convince hundreds of business owners? We do that for you - when we guide our members to your services during our twice-a-year reviews.

Thirdly, we’re looking for true supplier partners. We want to shift the balance so we create a community of suppliers and business owners, working together to power UK SMEs, growing our economy, for everyone’s benefit!

okay, so how much does this cost?

Nothing!

Nada!

No listing fees, no commissions, not a penny.

So, what’s the catch?

Well, you only get in if you are truly the best. If you tell us all the wonderful things you do to support a customer and then do…well, none of it, you will be asked to leave, removed, chucked out, persona non grata.

We ask you to complete a Supplier Registration pack when you apply to join. This document is securely shared with our members when you provide a quote to them. Once work is completed, or regularly if working with them long term, we ask our members to evaluate your work, performance and communication against this document.

Repeated low ratings will be discussed with suppliers and if not resolved you will be asked to leave.

We have a limit of either one, two or three suppliers per service (depending on the strategy for that spend) so there will be other suppliers happy to take your spot if you can’t provide the service you promised.

Instead of paying us any commission, we ask that you pass that back to our customers through a discount and an annual rebate.
