Following our review of your supply base, we agree which contracts/suppliers will migrate to our group contracts. This removes that supplier management activity from your team.
We offer a Managing Your Suppliers course which will provide training on how to standardise and simplify your supplier management processes, enabling your existing team to strategically manage your key suppliers, while we look after the rest. You feed into perfomance of our suppliers via our portal, so you still maintain a level of control on these suppliers.
We can also train your staff with our How to Run a Tender course. This allows your staff to set up and use a standard procurement process for your direct supply chain. This ensures your staff have a robust process to find the best suppliers to support your business.

So how much will this cost?
We charge our members a joining fee because:
We provide true value to your business. From tactical organisation, cost savings and strategic plans, we supercharge your business by providing access to our unique service and our carefully assessed supply chain.
We will never charge our suppliers a fee and they do not pay us a lead generation fee or any commission. By removing this revenue stream it means that we can be truly “independent” in our supplier assessments, selections and recommendations. If they don’t provide the service they should do, they are removed from our books.
Your fees pay for our team to do the research & negotiations that you don’t have time for. We’re sure you’ve spoken to outsourced HR providers or fractional IT directors, well, we offer this service for procurement.
We think this approach is unique. Other services we have come across will take a cut (or commission) on sales or a percentage of savings they can make for you. Depending on the membership option you select you can expect a ROI of between 5x and 12x on your membership fees.
Each tier gives you access to different elements of our membership and there are different payment options, either monthly, annually or a special Founding 50 bonus, buy 3 years for the price of 2. Depending on the options you select, you will get different Return on investment.

Our membership brackets start at £500k - £1m in spend (direct and overheads) and for these members, our membership fees are only £117 a month or £1175 a year. We can explain our savings methodology on a call.
